Refund & Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Products damaged during shipment may be replaced or refunded with photographic evidence emailed to customer support within 7 days of delivery. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 DAYS of delivery date. All items must be in new and unused condition. Used candles or products cannot be returned and will not be accepted for refund. Once return items have been received and inspected, and approval of refund or exchange is granted, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If unsatisfied with a particular item and would like to exchange for another item of the same size and price, item must be new and unused. 

For abstract, geometric mold made candles (no jar or vessel), imperfections are expected with de-molding and items for refund or exchange will not be accepted for small imperfections. If these defects are drastic and major due to damage during shipment, we will replace or refund items with photographic evidence emailed to customer support within 7 days of delivery as previously stated above.
