Avayah prides itself in working hard to minimize our ecological footprint by using eco-friendly and sustainable materials.

Candles and wax melts are poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax blend, cardboard recyclable boxes and materials for packaging. Even our packing peanuts and and envelope mailers are compostable & biodegradable. Learn more about our clean ingredients and packaging materials here.

Avayah Candle Co. does not test any of it's products on animals and is cruelty free.

Candle care and safety is very important to avoid any accidents, injuries/burns, and fires. Please adhere to these rules for all candles, including ours:

• Always burn your candle within sight. Do not burn the candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Always extinguish fully.
• Keep burning candles out of reach from children and pets and flammable materials.
• Place Candles and wax warmers on a flat sturdy surface away from open windows, air drafts, curtains or flammable materials. Do not place on or near other heat sources
• Burn candle on heat resistant surfaces only
• Trim your candle 1/4" before each use to keep the wax clean and ensure a better burn.

Just like candle care, wax melt care and safety is very important to avoid any accidents, injuries/burns, and fires. Please adhere to these rules for all candles, including ours:

• Place wax melts in a wax warmer that is specifically for the use of wax melts. Do NOT add water.
• Always make sure your warmer is placed on a stable heat resistant surface prior to turning on/ lighting.
• Never leave a warmer unattended always extinguish fully or turn off before leaving room.
• Keep away from flammable materials. Always keep out of reach from children & pets.
• Avoid using warmer for more than 3 hours at a time.

At this time, Avayah Candle Co. only ships within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.avayahcandleco.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to avayahcandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival.

We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on final sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.

Within 30 days, if you end up not loving the scent you may ship the candle back. Once received and evaluated by our team, we will issue you a store credit for avayahcandleco.com - email us at avayahcandleco@gmail.com to start the refund process.

Please note: the customer is responsible for paying for the return postage for any returned items. store credit that is issued at any time does not include shipping, this is the responsibility of the customer.
